Hotel was tidy and unique, I liked its fab staff and rooms. Great bedrooms and good pool. Helpfulness from the whole staff. A bar in the lobby, convenient.

Pretty much what I expected: faultless hotel, reasonably priced. Absolutely beautiful staff, which I liked. Spacious suite and good bed. Breakfast had plenty of options and fruit, hot waffles, croissants, slices of fresh bread and cakes were superb. Fast check in and easy check out.

I liked that the hotel was big and bright. The continental breakfast included croissants, fresh fruit, eggs, toast and pastries, but I were in a hurry and didn't try all the menu. The pool was lovely and I had soft drinks in the sky bar.

The room was individually decorated and the staff supporting! Had perfect breakfast with cheese, wonderful view. Cheery place to stay while in Carcassone.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, that's my bad luck.

this hotel was perfect place for exploring carcassone, appreciated it. the bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. venue's valet is one of the top employees! only 15 min walk to downtown. had breakfast for eur 28 per person per day.

Great staff, very good breakfast. Carcassonne's Medieval City district was definitely worth visiting. And it's relatively near downtown. Plus, it has private parking nearby...
